This week's "Most Wanted" is Kenneth K. Starcher; age 43; 6'0"; 200 lbs.; brown hair; brown eyes. Mr. Starcher is sought pursuant to a bond revocation bench warrant issued by the Erie County Common Pleas Court, due to Mr. Starcher's failure to appear in the court for a pre-trial on an original charge of felony domestic violence. The court had an address for Mr. Starcher on East Parish Street in Sandusky, but we have information that Mr. Starcher no longer resides there.

Our "Most Wanted" this week is Michael S. Storrows; age 27; 5'8"; 125 lbs.; brown hair; brown eyes. Mr. Storrows is sought pursuant to a warrant issued for him by the Sandusky Municipal Court charging him with, as a convicted sex offender, failing to register his address with the county sheriff as required, a fourth degree felony. Bond is $5000.00 We had an address for Mr. Storrows on West Forest Drive in Sandusky, but he can't be located there.

Our "Most Wanted" this week is Pamela J. Ray; age 43; 5'1"; 110 lbs.; brown hair; green eyes. Ms. Ray is sought pursuant to a bench warrant issued by the Erie County Common Pleas Court. She has not been reporting to the Adult Probation Department and has not been at her residence as ordered as a condition of house arrest. Her original charges were two counts of felony driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. She cannot be located at her Eastwood Drive, Sandusky home.

Our "Most Wanted" this week is Guadalupe M. Matos, age 30, 6' 2", 300 lbs., black hair, brown eyes. Mr. Matos is wanted pursuant to a warrant on indictment issued by the Erie County Common Pleas Court charging him with two counts of Trafficking in Marijuana (F-5). We had a local address for him on Stone Street in Sandusky, but he cannot be located there.

Our "Most Wanted" this week is William J. Smith, age 30, 6' 2", 230 lbs., blond hair, blue eyes. Mr. Smith is wanted pursuant to a warrant on indictment issued by the Common Pleas Court charging him with two counts of breaking and entering and two counts of felony theft. Bond is $30,000.00. We had previous addresses for him in Fremont and Sandusky but he cannot be located at either of those.

Our "Most Wanted" this week is James L. Brown, age 27, 5' 9", 250 lbs., black hair, brown eyes. Mr. Brown is wanted pursuant to two bench warrants issued by the Erie County Common Pleas Court. The first is a bond revocation warrant issued due to the fact that Mr. Brown had new charges pending in the Sandusky Municipal Court; the original Common Pleas Court charges were possession of cocaine and preparation of cocaine for sale. The second warrant is also a bond revocation warrant issued due to the fact that Mr. Brown failed to appear in the Common Pleas Court for sentencing on the same charges. The last address we had for Mr. Brown was at 704 Franklin Street in Sandusky, but he cannot be located there now, his whereabouts are unknown, and he has possibly absconded.

Our "Most Wanted" this week is Joshua P. Williams, age 23, 5'10", 147 lbs., black hair, brown eyes. Mr. Williams is wanted pursuant to an order of arrest issued by the Erie County Common Pleas Court's Adult Probation Department for violating his probation. His original charges were preparation of cocaine for sale (F-4); tampering with evidence (F-3); and two counts of harassment by inmate (F-5). We have an address for him in the 1300 block of Ransom Street but his parents advised he has not been home in several days and his whereabouts are unknown.

Our "Most Wanted" this week is Vernon D. TOOLE, age 55, 6'2", 255 lbs., grey hair, blue eyes. Mr. Toole is wanted pursuant to an order of arrest issued by the Common Pleas Court Adult Probation Department for violation of probation. His original charges were misuse of a credit card (F-5) and two counts of forgery (F-5). His last known address was in Norwalk but his whereabouts are now unknown to the Probation Department; he has apparently absconded. We'd like to see if we can get any tips regarding his current location.

This week's "Most Wanted" is Justin D. DENNIS; age 20; 6'2" 162 lbs; black hair; brown eyes. Mr. Dennis is wanted pursuant to a bond revocation bench warrant issued by the Common Pleas Court. Mr. Dennis is under indictment in that court for felonious assault (F-2) and aggravated robbery (F-1) and was released on bond. As he apparently has new charges pending, the felony bond has been revoked. We have checked addresses on East Larchmont Drive and Remington Avenue in Sandusky but he has not been located at either.

This week's "Most Wanted" is Christopher R. SHREVES; age 22; 5'9"; 150 lbs.; brown hair; blue eyes; last known address 516 Cleveland Road West, Huron; he is allegedly no longer living there. We hold an Order of Arrest from the Erie County Common Pleas Court's Probation Department for Mr. Shreves for violation of probation; original charges were attempted burglary and theft. There is no bond. We also have a second warrant for Mr. Shreves. This is a bench warrant issued by the Common Pleas Court due to Mr. Shreves failing to appear in the court for a hearing on November 13, 2008. There is no bond.

This week's "Most Wanted" is Albert L. PATRICK; age 45, 5' 8", 190 lbs., black hair, brown eyes. We hold two bench warrants issued by the Erie County Common Pleas Court for Mr. Patrick. The first warrant was issued due to Mr. Patrick's failure to appear in court for sentencing, original charges were four (4) counts of criminal non-support of dependents. The second warrant was also issued due to Mr. Patrick's failure to appear in court for sentencing; original charge was possession of cocaine. Mr. Patrick's last known addresses were on Judy Lane and Columbus Avenue in Sandusky.

This week's "Most Wanted" is Deshawn L. POOL, age 31, 6', 210 lbs., black hair, brown eyes. Last known address was 321 East Market St., Sandusky. We have four warrants for Mr. Pool. The first is a bench warrant for Mr. Pool issued by the Erie County Common Pleas Court. Mr. Pool failed to appear for a pre-trial hearing in the court on original charges of Possession of Cocaine (2 counts), Preparation of Cocaine for Sale, and Tampering with Evidence. The second warrant is also issued by the Common Pleas Court and was issued due to Mr. Pool failing to comply with conditions of house arrest for the same charges. The third warrant is a bench warrant issued by the Erie County Juvenile Court due to Mr. Pool failing to appear for a hearing in that court in a paternity case. The fourth warrant is also a bench warrant issued by the Juvenile Court due to Mr. Pool failing to appear for a hearing in a child support case. Bond has been revoked in all of these cases.
