1. [Daycare] When will we get our day care checks?
The day care checks will be mailed out according to the following schedule:

*The November thru December dates are subject to change.
**November and December dates are tentative and subject to change. Also, please note, the auditor’s office mailing date is the date the checks are taken to the post office - NOT the day you will receive your check. (Due to circumstances beyond our control, next day delivery cannot be guaranteed by our office or the auditor’s office). Please allow ten working days to receive your check.
2. [Daycare] I missed the deadline for turning in my bills, when will I get paid?
Your bills will get processed with the following months’ bills, so your check will be delayed for an additional thirty (30) days.
3. [Foster Care] When will we get our foster care checks?
The foster care checks will be mailed out according to the following schedule:

4. [General Information] If I don't receive my check on time, how long do I have to wait to call to find out what happened?
Please allow ten (10) working days before reporting it to us. We cannot reissue your check until it clears this time period.
5. [General Information] If I move, how soon do you need to have my address change?
Please report any address changes to our agency immediately. Otherwise, your check may get sent to the old address.
