Erie Regional Planning Commission
The Erie County Department of Planning and Development also provides staff support for the Erie Regional Planning Commission (ERPC.) In this regard, planning, zoning and development inquiries are answered by staff and various applications are processed such as zoning changes for unincorporated areas, subdivisions, amendments to zoning resolutions for unincorporated areas and lot splits.
